Breif:
By reading the brief, our task for the next couple of weeks is to discover our surroundings, figure out daily activities, and try to implement the techniques we have learnt from research to create 3 user experience models.
Before starting, I conducted research, which can help me better complete this project.
After research, I made a work list, This can make my work more organized.
Next, I conducted a questionnaire and interview.
I have summarized various data, which allows me to better carry out the following steps.
I use three different user modelling techniques to clarify, organize and simplify my research.
Reflection after the project:
This is the first time I have made persona, empathy map and user journey map. This is challenging for me. But I think these kinds of user models are very useful. By making them, I can predict the needs of the characters and possible behavioral responses. This is of great help to me as a designer.
